As an Activ Club member:
You must be 18 years or over.
You authorise Activ to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each Activ Car for a Cause Lottery for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each Activ Car for a Cause Lottery ($5).
Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then Activ cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming Activ Car for a Cause Lottery. It is your responsibility to contact Activ with an alternative payment method by calling Activ on 1300 270 771.
Your nominated volume of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery you have selected, until you provide notice of a requested change.
Ticket numbers are randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery without having to re-join by contacting Activ on 1300 270 771 or lotteries@activ.asn.au.
It is your responsibility to notify Activ of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting Activ on 1300 270 771 or lotteries@activ.asn.au
You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Activ on 1300 270 771 or lotteries@activ.asn.au
The terms and conditions of the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery apply.
Requests for lottery ticket refunds for the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
Activ Car for a Cause 24A (CFC24A) Activ Club Members Only Prize
The name of this promotion is the “CFC24A Activ Club Members Only Prize”.
The promoter is Activ Foundation Inc ABN 11 553 592 765 of 327 Cambridge St, Wembley WA.
Entry is open to people over the age of 18.

By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only entries received via the method below and received by us prior to midnight, Wednesday, 27 March 2024 are eligible.
Entries into the draw will be accepted from Wednesday, 8 January 2024 until the promotion close, midnight, Wednesday, 27 March 2024. The prize winner will be announced on Thursday, 28 March 2024.
Entry can be made via this method: an Activ Club member must include an Activ Car for a Cause Lottery Ticket(s) in their Activ Club membership. Activ Club members will receive an entry into the draw for each ticket in the CFC24A Activ Car for a Cause Lottery that is part of their subscription.
For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database. The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.
The prize on offer is $5,000 in cash.
The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of Activ after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided, and remains uncontactable for 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.
The winner(s) name will be announced on the Activ Foundation Lotteries official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.
If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited under the clause above, Activ reserves the right not to draw another winner.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.
The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes.
By participating in this promotion, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, if required.
Executive Managers, Board Members and their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
Activ and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify Activ against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).
Activ Foundation’s management reserve the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.
The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Activ.
