The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfilment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserve the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $41,885.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw 45,000. All tickets $5.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept the Holiday to New York for 2 valued at $10,000 or $10,000 in cash. The Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Holiday to New York, arrangements between Amity Travel Centre Floreat and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 12 months.

If the Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the $10,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept the Taylor Swift Package (2x tickets to Taylor Swift live at Wembley 19^th August 2024 & $25k travel voucher with Amity Travel Centre Floreat to book their travel and accommodation) or a Suzuki Swift GLX (worth $31,885), or $30k cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Taylor Swift package, arrangements between the Amity Travel Centre Floreat and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to arrange travel with the $25,000 travel voucher. Tickets will be sent from the Activ Foundation.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Sukuzi Swift, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicles could take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. All vehicles include all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $30,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by a Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 22 May 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.

*If all tickets are sold before midnight, Wednesday, 22 May 2024 then the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize draws will be completed on Friday, 24 May 2024. If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 24 May 2024. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 28 June 2024

Tickets purchased after the Early Bird sales close and before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 26 June 2024 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on carforacauselottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed

Activ Club Weekly Prize Draws

The Activ Club Weekly Prize is a separate weekly draw that consists only of Activ Club Members with a valid monthly membership at the time of the draw.

Activ Club members in our monthly debit program will be in with the chance to win $1000 in cash our weekly draws.
