The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ and genU Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfillment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserves the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Car for a Cause Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $35,000

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older and cannot purchase a ticket under another name, or for a minor.

The maximum number of tickets in the draw is 35,000. All tickets are $5.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will win a trip for 2 to the Australian Open 2026 including flights, accommodation and tickets to 2 games. Arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately once the Early Bird Prize winner has received confirmation of their prize.  The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize Draw.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept a Canadian Winter Northern Lights Trip for 2, or a 2025 Kia Stonic Sport Petrol or $30,000 cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Canadian Winter Northern Lights Trip for 2, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low-season economy travel for the chosen destination.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the 2025 Kia Stonic Sport Petrol, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle may take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. This prize includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.  The vehicle will be available for collection at an authorized dealership located in a major city within the Grand Prize winner’s state.

If the Grand Prize winner who to take the $30,000 cash, a bank deposit or bank cheque will be made out to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 27 August 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.  Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.  The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 26 September 2025

All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 24 September 2025 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on carforacauselottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.

Activ Club Weekly Prize Draws

The Activ Club Weekly Prize is a separate weekly draw that consists only of Activ Club Members with a valid monthly membership at the time of the draw.

Activ Club members in our monthly debit program will be in the draw to win $1,000 in cash in our weekly draws.
